Five-year driving prohibition issued

A Prince George man has been prohibited from driving for five more years after he was caught driving while disqualified for the third time in slightly less than two years.

A Prince George man has been prohibited from driving for five more years after he was caught driving while disqualified for the third time in slightly less than two years.

Reuben Edgar Ryan, 50, was also sentenced to 14 days in jail, to be served intermittently, for the Feb. 17 incident. The sentence was issued Friday in Prince George provincial court.

In January 2013, Ryan was prohibited from driving for four years for driving while disqualified in June and April 2012. In October 2010 he was prohibited from driving for three years for driving while impaired.
