The Prince George Fire Rescue responded and there were 16 firefighters from three halls in attendance that found smoke and flames coming from the back of the dwelling.

The only occupant at home was a 60-year-old wheel-chair bound woman who was rescued by the fire fighters and taken to PGRH to be treated for second degree burns and smoke inhalation.

Another tenant of the house is a known gang member currently incarcerated in PGRCC. He also operates the tattoo shop that burned on Seventh Avenue about 24 hours ago. Crews remained on the scene for hours extinguishing hot spots.
