There was about $40,000 worth of damage following a reported electrical fire Wednesday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m., Prince George Fire Rescue crews responded to a home in the 900 block of Johnson Street where they found heavy smoke coming from the back of the structure.
Several residents were home at the time of the blaze, but all were safely outside by the time firefighters arrived. There are no reported injuries.
Investigators are still working to determine a cause.
