A motor home was completely destroyed and a duplex was lightly charred when a fire broke out late Wednesday night in the 2300 block of Quince Street.
Prince George Fire Rescue arrived to find the older class C motor home full involve and the fire spread to the duplex.
"A fast attack knocked the fire down and stopped the fire from entering the interior of the duplex," PGFR assistant fire chief John Law said.
The home's sole occupant at the time was not injured.
Damage was estimated at $6,000.
