An early-morning fire "extensively damaged" a duplex in the VLA neighbourhood on Monday.
Called to 2260 Victoria Street at 6:20 a.m., Prince George Fire Rescue found flames showing from the rear windows of the two-storey structure.
No one was injured and the fire was quickly extinguished but the damage was estimated at $250,000.
Cause of the fire is under investigation.
