Fire crews will be conducting a live fire training exercise at the Prince George Airport on Saturday.
The fires are held in self-contained training facilities under controlled circumstances and pose no danger to the area, a statement issued by the airport on Friday said.
Dark smoke may be visible in the area of the airport, but is no reason for alarm, the statement said.
