RCMP in Smithers are dealing with a paint can arsonist.
Cst. J.R. Mindel said three fires were set at the Smithers-Telkwa Transfer Station on Donaldson Road after suspects took spray-paint cans from the recycle bins and set them on fire on the property. The fires were out at the time of discovery. There were no injuries or damage to the property.
