Prince George Fire Rescue Crews responded to a reported structure fire in the 2100 block of Quince St at 11:24 a.m. this morning.
15 firefighters who reported from three halls found a side by side two story duplex with fire and heavy smoke coming from a window on one side.
Tenants had evacuated the building safely and fire crews knocked down the fire.
According to Prince George Fire Rescue, the fire is not considered suspicious however a fire investigator will determine the cause.
There were no injuries reported.
The property damage is estimated at $50,000.
