Tyler Eugene Fetterly has not been seen or heard from since early October.
Police calls for information about the Prince George man have been in vain, so far, and he is still considered missing.
"That investigation is still very active," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "There are people out there, friends and family, who are quite concerned over this."
Fetterly is well known to the local RCMP. It was hoped by police that he might have some information on a recent matter, not as a suspect himself, so they went to find him in his usual places.
"After a number of checks made by us and significant efforts by friends and family, we soon realized that he was missing altogether," Douglass said.
It is "a legitimate possibility," according to Douglass, that Fetterly simply left town without notifying anyone.
However, Christmas came and went without a word from Fetterly to any of his loved ones.
He is described as a Caucasian male, five-foot-10, 161 pounds, with blue eyes and a bald head or short brown hair.
