Cruisin' Classics Father's Day Show and Shine will be held at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park (formerly Fort George Park) Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Prince George Cruisin' Classics Club expects more than 350 vehicles to attend the annual event.

There will be vintage cars, hot rods, motorcycles, pick-up trucks, big trucks, race cars, and there's a group of guys that even brings military trucks along for all to admire.

"We park them as they arrive and that gives a better variety," said George Windsor, director at large for the local Cruisin' Classic Club, who will probably showcase his 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe during the event.

"It's just such a wonderful setting having it at the park," said Windsor. The cars are spread throughout the lawns, ready to be shown off to spectators.

Admission to this event is free for those coming to see the cars. There will be food vendors at the park for everyone's enjoyment.

To participate, registration is from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and cost is $10 per vehicle. Entry is at the corner of Ingledew and 20th Avenue.
