One man died after two pick up trucks collided head on near Tate Creek Road on Highway 2 in Dawson Creek Friday at about 3:50 a.m.
A north bound Dodge one ton crossed into the south bound lane and collided with a south bound GM truck.
The driver and sole occupant of the GM truck died as a result of the collision. He was a resident of the Tomslake area.
The female driver and sole occupant of the Dodge truck was taken to Dawson Creek District Hospital with minor injuries. The driver is a resident of Fort St. John.
Peace Regional Traffic Services are continuing to investigate.
