The Prince George Family Y became a little more kid friendly on Saturday with the opening of a new recreation room at the complex's north end.
The section was a hive of activity as youngsters challenged themselves on a floor-to-ceiling climbing wall, weaved their way through a maze of netting and tubes in a nearby playground feature, played fooseball or video games or just hung out.
