Extreme cold warning lifted for Prince George, temperatures to rise next week

It's about to get a little warmer next week. 

After being under an extreme cold warning for roughly a week, Environment Canada has removed the weather statement. 

As of this publication, Environment Canada is forecasting temperatures to rise each day. Next Friday could see a high of one-degree Celsius. 

Tonight will remain cold with a low of -23 and -33 with the windchill. 

The forecast is currently calling for flurries on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday during next week's shorter work week. 

Family Day will see a mix of sun and cloud with a high of -8 Celsius.
