New tickets have been released for the otherwise sold out Prince George Dinner en Blanc.
An additional block of 22 seats has been made available for the Saturday event with the white garb theme. The host is Northern Lights Estate Winery.
The "en blanc" trend has swept across modern culture.
It is a simple theme: dress white, the more white the better.
It is a merciless shade for meals or recreation, so the emphasis of the event turns to fine dining and gentle activities, but it is all for fun.
"Last year's event was an incredible success with some of the finest dining and music Prince George has ever seen," said winery co-proprietor Pat Bell.
"Chef Rodney Mansbridge will be partnering with Northern Lights executive chef Rene Gadoury to prepare Canadian cuisine in a celebration of Canada's 150th birthday. Pianist Patrick Kilcullen will be providing a soft, classical background for the event befitting of the 'Dinner en Blanc' theme."
Tickets are available at the winery for $120 each, all inclusive including the feature dinner paired with Northern Lights wines.
