Fishing, hunting, and outdoor enthusiasts are in for a treat.
The British Columbia Wildlife Federation (BCWF) is holding its annual AGM in Prince George and Citizen publisher, Hugh Nicholson took initiative to have this event coincide with the Northern B.C. Sportsmen Expo.
Sponsored by the Citizen and Walmart, the expo will have exhibits set up at the Civic Centre and Coast Inn Saturday, May 1 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Admission is free.
A kids' fishing pond and laser shot, an interactive hunting educational tool, are just a few event highlights.
