The great Heartburn Chili Challenge is being held by Prince George Chateau to benefit the Heat and Stroke Foundation during Heart Month in February.
The event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday offers a light lunch with warm bowls of heart smart chili for sampling and voting on your favourite recipe. The winner will be presented the Silver Ladle Award. The dishes are made by chefs from around the city. Admission is $5 each or tables for $25, $40 or $50.
