The draw for the house -- a 2,490 square-foot beauty located in the Creekside Properties subdivision below Malaspina Ridge -- will take place at the end of October. Tickets are $100 each, and only 8,500 will be sold. Tickets are on sale daily (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) at the house, located at 7416 Creekside Way.

The cut-off for ticket sales is 6 p.m. on Oct. 28.

There are still four early-bird prizes up for grabs, including a Beachcomber hot tub from Tropical Pool & Spa. The draw for the hot tub will be made on Sept. 18.

Lottery proceeds will go to support three of the 10 beds at the Rotary Hospice House.
