A Spruceland-area home was the scene of two drug-related apprehensions last week.
With the help of North District RCMP's emergency response team and the Prince George RCMP's police dog service, two men, ages 28 and 34, were arrested outside a Garvin Street home on Thursday evening.
More than a kilogram of cocaine and methamphetamine was seized, along with a handgun, ammunition and a large amount of cash as search warrants were executed on the home as well as one in the 2900 block of 15th Avenue.
Names of the suspects were not provided and both were released without charge, pending the completion of the investigation and charge approval from federal Crown counsel.
