Citing "dozens of arrests" and vowing more to come, a federal police task force is set to announce the initial results of an operation targeting B.C.'s Cariboo region.
Police did not release further details, pending a press conference Friday, apart from saying the task force was led by the RCMP's Drug Enforcement Branch.
