A January 2010 drug bust has yielded a fourth and final conviction in Prince George provincial court.

Jody Clarissa Webster was sentenced to a conditional sentence of two years less a day and assessed a 10-year firearms prohibition for four counts of trafficking in a controlled substance on Wednesday.

Webster was one of four people arrested on Jan. 9, 2010 when police raided a home in the 2300 block of Inlander Street and another in the 200 block of Cherry Avenue and seized 10 ounces of cocaine with a street value of about $125,000.

On Dec. 22, Richard Jonathan Prince was sentenced to two years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for 11 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and two counts of transferring a firearm.

On July 12, Donovan Hans Smith was sentenced to a 20-month conditional sentence for one trafficking in a controlled substance. He was also sentenced to 18 months probation and was assessed a 10-year firearms prohibition.

And on June 16, Albert Johnny Funk was sentenced to 170 days in jail and 18 months probation and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for trafficking in a controlled substance. Funk had 78 days credit for time served prior to sentencing.

The raid also led to a seizure of $25,000 in cash, a money-counting machine, scales, bags, wrappers for kilogram-size bricks of the drug and three vehicles, one of them a luxury SUV, allegedly used to carry out drug deals.
