A man died at the scene Sunday evening when he was caught in a head-on collision on Highway 97.
RCMP, who were called to the scene at Azouzetta Lake in the Pine Pass shortly before 7 p.m., said he was heading north and following a semi-truck when a southbound driver sideswiped the truck then collided with the victim's vehicle.
The victim was in his 20s and from the Central Interior.
"Impairment is being considered as a contributing factor in this crash," RCMP added.
