Now that the leaves are falling and there’s a slight chill in the air, it’s time for downtown Fallfest!
This year Downtown Prince George invites the public to celebrate fall with the 2022 Downtown Fallfest Markets Day on Oct. 8.
This will be the last Saturday of the year where both the Prince George Farmers’ Market and Wilson Square Community Market are set up outdoors on Third Avenue.
Indoor vendors will also be set up at the Q3 Community Market at Third Avenue and Quebec. All markets are open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be fresh products available from local farmers and a pancake breakfast at Wilson Square Community Market.
The Purple Moose Portraits Fall Photo booth will be set up at the Prince George Farmer’s Market to take family pictures.
Free pumpkins will also be available at both markets, while quantities last. You can take them home or drop by the Downtown Prince George Family Craft Booth and have some fun decorating your pumpkins!
