Dix issues election rallying cry

B.C. New Democratic Party leader Adrian Dix turned a speech to B.C. Federation of Labour delegates Saturday into a rallying cry to get ready for the next election, saying his party plans to run a campaign based on a "hopeful message.

B.C. New Democratic Party leader Adrian Dix turned a speech to B.C. Federation of Labour delegates Saturday into a rallying cry to get ready for the next election, saying his party plans to run a campaign based on a "hopeful message."

That didn't stop him from taking several shots at the current B.C. Liberal government which he said has "given up our province."
