The Fraser-Fort George Regional District has the highest rate of recycling beverage containers in the province at 307 containers per person, or 2.1 million in total, according to Encorp data.
Neil Hastie, CEO of the not-for-profit organization, was in Prince George Thursday for a meeting with the district's Environment and Parks Standing Committee. Along with sharing stats, he heard what is and isn't working for the district's recycling depots.
