A charge of unauthorized disclosure of personal information against a City Hall manager was dropped just days before City councillor Brian Skakun was found guilty on the same charge from a separate matter, the Citizen has learned.
The charge against City human resources manager Sandra Caffrey was dropped May 19, according to court documents.
Carlene Keddie, who filed the complaint against Caffrey, confirmed the development Wednesday.See the full story in tomorrow's print and online editions.
