- To make way for five lots of single-family housing over 1.6 hectares at 950 Kerry St. next to the AimHi offices in the Lakewood neighbourhood.

- To build an "urban village" over 2.7 hectares at 1919-17th Ave., just off Winnipeg Street. The Aboriginal Housing Society of Prince George is behind the project.
