The driver of a grey Ford pickup truck was observed traveling at excessive and dangerous speeds along Old Cariboo Highway to Highway 16 East leading to First Avenue, the vehicle then went south on Carney Street to Second Avenue, Johnson Street and ended up at the Pine Centre Mall in the parking lot near Shoppers Drug Mart.
