Danger of falling trees

The large, intense fires that have ravaged the Pelican Lake area south of Prince George have created a tree-falling danger, the B.C. Forest Service warned Monday. The warning includes the Pantage Lake and Titetown areas, also south of Prince George.

The warning includes the Pantage Lake and Titetown areas, also south of Prince George.

The Pelican Lake fires, about 70 kilometres southwest of Prince George, were among the largest in the province this summer.
