The Performers North dance group is fundraising for their annual festival pursuits.

The ensemble based at Judy Russell's Enchainement Dance Centre will be showing off their best stuff at a public performance on Sunday they have entitled Less Talk More Art.

The dancers will offer up a variety of solo, duo and ensemble pieces at this Vanier Hall presentation.

They represent the highlight routines the dancers have been working on all year and are preparing to take out of town to represent the city at festival events.

It's a chance to demonstrate their skills, but also do a live rehearsal with the pressure of a live audience so they are that much more prepared when they present these same works to the judges.

"Tickets are $15, so cheap but will make such an impact on the lives of these children if all tickets are sold," said a statement from the not-for-profit Performers North Entertainment Company.

Showtime on Sunday is 7 p.m.

Tickets are available in advance at Enchainement Dance Centre (Opie Crescent) or at the door while supplies last. It is a popular event each year.
