A motorcyclist was sent to the hospital this morning after a collision with an SUV.
Prince George RCMP are investigating after a 911 call dispatched emergency services to the intersection of Highway 97 and Chief Lake Road shortly before 10 a.m.
The motorcycle rider was believed to have serious injuries. Some traffic was redirected in the area.
"The investigation into this serious incident is in the beginning stages," said a statement from RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Craig Douglass. "More details will be released as they become available."
