The morning commute out of the Hart Highway was impacted by a two-vehicle collision.
At about 8:25 a.m. a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Dodge pickup struck each other at the intersection of Handlen Road and the highway.
Only the two drivers were involved, one of whom was taken to university hospital with injuries believed to be minor.
"It was determined the driver of the Jeep was driving north on Highway 97 and turned left onto Handlen Road where he collided with the Dodge pickup," said Prince George RCMP spokeswoman Const. Julie Champagne. "Both vehicles were towed."
The regular flow of traffic was somewhat disrupted, but no other effects were felt. No charges are pending.
