Enoubh groceries were donated to fill at least 10 police cars during a "cram-a-cruiser" event at Real Canadian Superstore on Saturday.
As well cash and gift cards totalling $650 were also donated.
The proceeds will go to the Salvation Army in advance of Thanksgiving.
