From Prince George provincial court: 

- Brandon Michael Felix (born 1992) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order. Felix was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

- Brandy Leah Forget (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation for assault.

- Gordon Wilfred Pagens (born 1992) was sentenced to 25 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under, breaching probation and breaching a release order and to 10 days in jail for possessing a controlled substance. Pagens was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges on the counts.

- Michael Darren Felix (born 1994) was sentenced to 200 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for possessing a firearm without a licence or registration, to 17 days in jail for possessing a firearm contrary to an order and carrying a prohibited weapon. Felix was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $800 in victim surcharges on the counts, as well as on one count each of theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation. Felix was in custody for 110 days prior to sentencing.

- Jonathan Edgar Hill (born 1983) was sentenced to eight days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. As well, an 11-month conditional sentence order, issued on October 8 for assaulting a peace officer, was suspended. Hill was in custody for 34 days prior to sentencing.

- Corina Lynn Beauchamp (born 1970) was sentenced to 15 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to seven days in jail for breaching probation. Beauchamp was also sentenced to one year probation on the counts as well as for uttering threats and breaching a release order. Beauchamp was in custody for 68 days prior to sentencing.

- Kyle John Brantnall (born 1998) was sentenced to one year probation for uttering threats, committed in Willow River, for three countsof uttering threats, one count each of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, mischief to property, breaching a release order and breaching an undertaking, committed in Prince George. Brantnall was also ordered to provide a DNA sample, and had spent four days in custody prior to sentencing.

- Elana Francis Thomas (born 1997) was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $380 restitution for assault, mischief $5,000 or under, theft $5,000 or under and breaching a release order, committed in Vanderhoof. Thomas was in custody for nine days prior to sentencing.

- Colin Daryl Fusion (born 1963) was fined $300 plus a $60 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Zak David Haight (born 1986) was sentenced to 90 days in jail, to be served on an intermittent basis, and on year probation and prohbitied from driving for two years for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and fleeing police, committed in Red Rock. Haight was in custody for 26 days following his arrest.

- Troy James Monk (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

- Patrick Wayne Williams (born 1977) was sentenced to two years less a day in jail and three years probation for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence. Williams was in custody for 888 days prior to sentencing.

- David Benoit Joseph Nault (born 1967) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus $300 in victim surcharges for two counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Cory Alexander Phillips (born 1985) was sentenced to time served for assaulting a peace officer, possessing stolen property over $5,000 and breaching probation. Phillips was on custody for 130 days prior to sentencing.
