- Terrance Alan Forry (born 1958) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Calvin Albert Jones (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Robert Glenn Klyne (born 1973) was sentenced to 434 days in jail issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for possession for the purpose of trafficking, to 175 days and ordered to pay $500 restitution for break and enter with intent to commit offence, to 60 days for theft $5,000 or under, to 45 days for breaching a release order and to 21 days in jail for two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Klyne was also sentenced to one year probation, assessed $925 in victim surcharges on the counts and was also sentenced to 45 days in jail, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Anthony James Leeson (born 1998) was sentenced to a 70-day conditional sentence order and 18 months probation for assault causing bodily harm and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Leeson was in custody for 34 days prior to sentencing.

- Chad Bradley Marshall (born 1999) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Jessie Scott Ferris (born 1992) was sentenced to 18 months probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for exposing genitals to a person under 16 and breaching probation. Ferris was in custody for 130 days prior to sentencing.

- Stephen Gilbert Kirkness (born 1986) was issued a one-year $1,000 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.

- Dylon Antoine Felix John (born 1995) was sentenced to one month probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

- Victor Jonathan Alec (born 1981) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for careless use or storage of a firearm and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration.

- Syryph Sycoraijan Campbell (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for trafficking in a controlled substance.

- Richard David Horth (born 1959) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon.

- Lash Leroux (born 1972) was sentenced to two days in jail for breaching probation. Leroux was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- Jordy Martin Visser-Hayne (born 1996) was sentenced to one year probation for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence. Visser-Hayne was in custody for 116 days prior to sentencing.

- Jeffery Boltwood (born 1987) was sentenced to six months and six days in jail for assault causing bodily harm and to 21 days in jail for assault with a weapon. Boltwood was also sentenced to two years probation, issued a four-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the counts as well as on one count each of assault and uttering threats, all committed in Giscome. Boltwood was in custody for 28 days prior to sentencing. - Ruth Ann Monk (born 1979) was sentenced to serve the remainder of a conditional sentence order in jail for breaching the order. Monk had been sentenced on Nov. 24 to a six-month conditional sentence order and nine months probation for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. James. -

Quentin Mackenzie Nooski (born 1982) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Fort Fraser. Nooski was in custody for 15 days following his arrest.

- Robert Gordon Michael Elliott (born 1978) was sentenced to 68 days in jail and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm. Elliott was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count and on a count of assault with a weapon. Elliott spent a total of 199 days in custody prior to sentencing.

- George Lewis Olsen (born 1970) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Austin Charles Hunt (born 1995) was sentenced to nine days in jail, issued a lifetime firearms ban and ordered to provide a DNA sample for unauthorized possession of a firearm committed in Prince George and mischief $5,000 or under and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Hunt was also sentenced to two years probation on the counts as well as on one count of breaching an undertaking, committed in Prince George. Hunt was in custody for 92 days prior to sentencing.

- Barry Allen McKay (born 1967) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under and to time served for a separate count of theft $5,000 or under. McKay was in custody for one day following his arrest. - Deven Douglas Ouelette (born 1994) was sentenced to one year probation for possessing a controlled substance.
