From Prince George provincial court:
- Tyler Michael Elroy Alexis (born 1997) was sentenced to time served for assaulting a peace officer and possessing stolen property and to one year probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault with a weapon, assault, dealing with identity document without lawful excuse, breaching probation and breaching an undertaking. Alexis was in custody for 13 days following his arrest on the first two counts.
- Arthur Grant Handford (born 1956) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,500 plus a $450 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.
- William Ernest George Parent (born 1968) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Parent was in custody for 24 days following his arrest.
- Joseph Dale Felix (born 1997) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and his 60-day conditional sentence order, issued Dec. 17 for assault, was suspended.
- Major Singh Hundal (born 1997) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.
- Daniel Harold Chouinard (born 1968) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Nicole Meagan Sampson (born 2001) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Kenneth Paul Schmidt (born 1987) was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $2,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code and driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Robert William Gladish (born 1988) was sentenced to six months probation for possessing a controlled substance and to no time for a second count of possessing a controlled substance.
- Hailee Marie Kowalchuk (born 1992) was sentenced to no time for breaching probation.
