Helmer C. Grandison was fined $1,5000 plus a $225 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Kevin J. Beattie was sentenced to three months in jail for possession of stolen property under $5,000, fraud $5,000 or under and breach of an undertaking, and to 30 days in jail for secretly observing or recording nudity in a private place, breach of an undertaking or recognizance, and to one day in jail for robbery, disguising his face with intent to commit an offence and use of an imitation firearm. Beattie must also serve two years probation and was issued a lifetime firearms ban. The offences were committed in Dawson Creek.

Danton L. Chaboyer was sentenced to 30 days in jail for obstruction of justice.

Nathan A. Clarke was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation. The offence was committed in Mackenzie.

Mathew E. D. Davidson was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while impaired.

Jonathon E. Fernandez was sentenced to 45 days in jail and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault.

Brent D. Griffith was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

Bradley C. Johnston was fined $2,300 for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Slade J. L'Hirondelle was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08. The offence was committed in Slave Lake, Alberta.

Mark A. Mitchell was sentenced to 12 months in jail for break and enter with intent to commit and offence and to three months in jail for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Mitchell must also serve 18 months probation.

Aaron R. Munch was sentenced to five months in jail for assault causing bodily harm and mischief $5,000 or under. Munch was also issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and must serve one year probation.

Warren D. Ross was fined $1,995 for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Feb. 1

Travis L. Wettlaufer was fined $115 and prohibited from driving for one year for driving without reasonable consideration for others under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Jonathan L. Baptiste was sentenced to six months probation for resisting or wilfully obstructing a peace officer.
