A McBride couple and their son have been ordered to pay a neighbouring couple $15,000 in damages for the "annoyance and discomfort" they endured when a dispute over access to some hayfields got out of hand.
Charles Scott Moyer and Janet Eileen Moyer and their son Kit Moyer, must pay the sum to Kelly Louis Mortenson and Sharon Elizabeth Mortenson, B.C. Supreme Court Justice John Harvey ruled in a reasons for judgment issued Monday.
