The Prince George Cougars open their regular season on March 27, but there will be nothing regular about it.

The Cats will kick off the season against the Kamloops Blazers on the Blazer's home ice, according to a release sent out by the team on Tuesday. However, the Cougars – who are already in quarantine in Kamloops – will also be calling Sandman Centre home for the season.

During the regular 2020-21 WHL season, each team in the league's five-team B.C. division will play 24 games – six against each team. All the games will be played in the hub cities of Kamloops and Kelowna.

The Cougars will play their last game of the season 47 days after the first – a final contest against the Blazers on May 12. The full regular season schedule can be found online at https://whl.ca/schedule/273/210/all.

All the games will be held without fans in the stands, but Cougars supporters can listen in to all 24 games on 94.3 The GOAT or watch the games online at the newly-launched WHL Live.

To find out how to watch the games online, go to https://watch.chl.ca/. All-access passes are $59.99 and 24-hour passes are $6.99. Season ticket holders will be contacted with a special offer to watch the season online.
