Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is warning the public not to consume some Kirkland Signature brand cookies as they may contain pieces of metal.
The voluntary recall is for Kirkland Signature brand Chocolate Lover's Cookies and Chocolate Chunk Cookies sold in 1.1 kilogram packages of 24 cookies.
They were sold through Costco stores between July 26 and August 7.
There have been no reported injuries so far.
Costco is phoning all its members who bought the cookies to warn them about the products.
