Better Together B.C. is hosting a contest to see who can put together the best video showing how to prepare a recipe.
Cooking enthusiasts have until May 15 to submit of video to the Hands-on Cook-off contest and have two categories to choose from.
To enter the multigenerational category, at least two generations must be involved in making the video and to enter the youth category, at least two youth aged 18 and under must be involved.
Videos must be no more than three minutes long once uploaded online; this requirement will be strictly enforced.
The winner is decided through online voting with the $300 going to the top video in the multigenerational category and $150 cash for their team plus $150 cash for their school or youth program of their choice going to the winners in the youth category.
Better Together B.C. is a partnership between the B.C. Ministry of Health and B.C. Dairy Association.
