Alarm bells are being raised over a six-storey condominium project in the works for the 1600 block of Seventh Avenue.

The proposal contravenes a section of the Crescents neighbourhood plan that says residential buildings in that area should be limited to four stories and that has prompted a number of neighbours to launch a campaign to against the project.
