Get a truckload of compost for a donation of non-perishable food items on Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Foothills Landfill.
The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is offering a truckload of NorGrow, a class A compost, and in exchange donations will be directed to St. Vincent de Paul's Society.
NorGrow bulk compost is made from local yard and garden waste from residents and commercial customers.
There are no biosolids in NorGrow compost.
