CNC's Prince George campus will be welcoming new students next week.
Daytime classes starting before 5 p.m. will be cancelled Sept. 3 for program orientation sessions and a Toonie barbecue.
The $2 lunch in the school's courtyard will feature live music from Highball Riot and Episodia. The atrium will be the gathering place on Sept. 5 for a college and community information fair between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Orientation activities will continue with the ninth annual pancake breakfast on Sept. 18 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. in the CNC atrium.
CNC students and employees have two opportunities to take in a family flick on Sept. 21. A Bug's Life will play in room 1-306 at noon and again at 2:30. Tickets are available by donation in as of Sept. 4 from Communication Services.
Grown-up fun is offered Sept. 27 at the Westwood Pub during the Back to School Social pub night, hosted by the CNC Students' Union. Tickets are $3 and are available at the Students' Union in room 1-303 or for $5 at the door.
