Two masked males approached the white newer model Honda Civic in the parking lot of the Columbus Community Centre on Domano Boulevard Thursday night at about 10:45.
The suspects produced what was believed to be two hand guns and ordered the three male occupants of the Civic out of the car and onto the ground where all their valuables were removed.
The suspects then stole the Civic and drove away.
The vehicle was located a short distance away on Piedmont Crescent where it is believed the suspects entered another vehicle and left the area.
"RCMP are continuing to investigate this incident and are looking at a number of factors that may suggest the suspects knew the victims or had other motives for taking the vehicle," said Const. Lesley Smith, Prince George media liaison. "The three male victims were not injured during the incident and are cooperating with police."
Police are asking for any witnesses to come forward with information to the Prince George RCMP or to call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
