City council picked a tax structure for this coming year, charging less of the annual municipal bill to heavy industry owners and adding more onto the bills of homeowners, business owners and especially light industrial owners.
The option was chosen unanimously on Monday night, from among 11 possible choices presented by the Finance and Audit Committee.
