Interior Warehousing Ltd. is suing the City of Prince George for damages suffered during the North Central Plywood fire.
In a writ of summons filed this week, the firm alleges the city's fire department "failed to correctly fight the fire" and as a result the May 2008 blaze became a "conflagration and spread to the plaintiff's building."
