The last Prince George Citizen poll asked "How should Prince George celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary in 2017?"
Murals on buildings throughout downtown celebrating Canadian culture took 21 per cent of the vote with a total of 113 votes, a big-name Canadian act playing a free show in Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park took 16 per cent of the vote for a total of 87 votes, while a midnight fireworks extravaganza took 15 per cent with a total of 79 votes.
A new statue celebrating a Canadian hero with area connection (Rick Hansen?) took three per cent with a total of 18 votes while 44 percent of voters weighed in with a total of 237 who said do it all, with the answer of all of the above.
There was a total of 534 votes but remember this is not a scientific poll.
