The Prince George Citizen received a big response to its call for community members to participate in an Editorial Advisory Committee to suggest ways and means of improving the daily as we move forward.
More than 35 offers were received from across the city to join the committee, and 12 selected members will meet for the first time this week.
We have selected a cross-section of people with a knowledge base covering areas like senior citizens, multicultural community, social agencies, addictions, law, industry, writing, home making and women's issues, CNC, UNBC and more.
The Citizen thanks everyone who responded for their time and interest.
Those making up the initial committee are Willow Arune, Keith Brain, Lola-Dawn Fennel, Marlies Greulich, Jillien Humphrey, Karen Humphreys, Courtney Langer, Noelle MacFarlane, Blair Mayes, Jason Morris, Yvonne Seale and Marshall Smith.
