A downtown restaurant will host a charity dinner for the Association Advocating for Women and Children.
It's set for this Wednesday, March 21 at Betulla Burning, 1253 Third Ave., and will feature seven "amazing" Latin-European inspired courses courtesy of Sam Fabbro of El Santo Restaurant in New Westminster, Wayne Kitchen of CrossRoads Brewing in Prince George and Betulla Burning chefs Brian Quarmby, Warren Sunstrum and William Miller
"The chefs will be bringing their own unique styles and strengths to create a memorable tasting menu with special attention to providing locally sourced ingredients," organizers said in a press release.
Beer or wine pairings will be provided by CrossRoads Brewing, Trench Brewing, both in Prince George, and Hester Creek Estate Winery in Oliver.
There will be two sittings of 30 guests each, 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $100 each and reservations can be made at Betulla Burning using a credit card.
