More than 100 youth and volunteers from the Prince George area are expected to attend the North East Regional Youth Forum Tuesday at the Civic Centre.
The forum, hosted by Immigrant and Multicultural Services Society and College of New Caledonia, is part of the Organizing Against Racism and Hate project.
Funded by the B.C. Ministry of Citizens' Services, the forum is intended to engage youth in anti-racism education, multiculturalism and diversity as well as helping create more welcoming communities in northern B.C.
Today's agenda includes special speakers, workshops and a wrap up about what students can take back to share with their communities.
